The property is low maintenance. The maintenance fee is one of the assets of this house, because each lot in La Hacienda pays its maintenance fee according to its size. This La Hacienda luxury home is located in one of the small lots, reason why the maintenance fee is one of the lowest in the compound, but the owners of the house have the same access to all the benefits of living in La Hacienda as any other property owner: a completely walled gated compound, the highly sophisticated security system, impeccable cobbled stone roads, magnificent manicured gardens in all of its common areas, underground electricity, and the elegant Club House with all of its services. La Hacienda is located in the Rio Oro District in Santa Ana. The gated community is located on completely flat terrain of approximately 23 hectares, and 35% of the terrain has been set aside for parks, gardens and lakes. Residencial La Hacienda is made up of 119 lots, with a single guarded entrance and a high standard security system in all of its borders, two tennis courts, clubhouse with two pools, multi-purpose room, Jacuzzi, social area, gym, spa, yoga room, dressing rooms, children’s playground, multi-purpose recreational area, two lakes and extensive green areas.
The house was designed for maximum enjoyment and entertainment, with its salted swimming pool as the focal point of the tropical gardens and the water fountains as the main decorative element of the living room and the terrace.
The pathways in the gardens and the front of the house are made of river limestone, beautifully polished by nature. The walls on the main entrance of the house have a beautiful mosaic by artist Carlos Valenzuela, which represents the life and purpose of the house. The floors in the first level are made of marble and the columns in travertine marble. The ceilings were done by hand, by local artisans, in original patterns made of sandstone, and beautiful cooper lamps by Abraham Valenzuela are part of the original design. Wall to roof windows with sliding glass doors make the house clear and airy, connecting the inside with the outside in a natural way. All doors and windows were imported from Germany. All walls, inside and out, are plastered with venetian stucco, making the walls low maintenance. Additionally, the house comes with smart lighting system and is properly wired for the installation of the audio system.
Next to the living room, the gourmet style kitchen takes its place. The kitchen is full of natural light and air, and comes with indirect lighting and embedded spotlights, custom made designed wood cabinetry, Thermador stainless steel appliances with two convection ovens, wine cooler and professional gas range. A family dining room area is located inside the kitchen and gets direct access to the terrace and pool areas. Additionally, there is plenty of space for storage in the laundry room and garage areas.
The first floor includes an office with a full bathroom, making it the perfect place for a guest bedroom as needed. This area would be the fifth bedroom of the house.
The designer´s marble stairway takes you to the second level of the house, where the bedrooms are located. This area of the house is very private and comes with a large family room with custom made cabinetry in fine woods, holding the integrated home theater and audio system. From the family room there is an impressive view to the lobby area and its 8-meter-high vaulted ceilings, and on the other side, direct access to a private terrace beautifully decorated with an antique brick wall and natural stone details.
The family area is made of a large and elegant master suite with private balcony with mountain and city views, curtains controlled by remote control, double walk-in closet, his and hers vanity with specially designed custom made furniture and mirrors, and the one-piece marble bathtub and the sinks in the vanity, were specially sculpted in Italy. Two of the family bedrooms share a bathroom and the other bedroom has its own bathroom. All bedrooms have high ceilings, air conditioning, hardwood floors in precious woods and their own walk-in closet.
From the family room there is a hallway leading to a balcony located at the front of the house. This balcony has views to the Santa Ana mountains. From the balcony there is a private entrance to the elegant maid`s quarters with a bathroom, strategically located in the second floor with private access to the kitchen through a spiral staircase. If the owners don´t need a live-in maid, this bedroom can also serve as a game room for the kids, or an additional guest bedroom.
This house has countless designer´s details and its quality supersedes expectations. A personal visit is a must.
