This is an amazing home. Normally, I would not leave a comment. However, I was so impressed by the craftsmanship and attention to detail in regards to the building materials and design. My budget is very modest compared to the properties you represent. I was so taken back by the choice of materials, nails, fasteners, tile etc. Even the painting of the railings. It’s a shame this type of building is not the standard. Even the design of the gutter system for the collection of rain water to offset the evaporation in the pool. This is a marvel. The design and location is ideal. Like I said, I normally do not leave responses but I was impressed with the design, location, and overall beauty that I just had to leave a comment. Thank you so much. It’s nice to know in these times that craftsmanship is alive in Costa Rica.
